An act of violation - the Cognitive Process

A woman is invited to attend a vespers of evening prayer at a monastery.  The woman sees the invitation is good.  Evening prayer is good.  A monastery is especially created for prayer.  The monastery is a Roman Catholic house of prayer.  The woman is driven by these people who invited her to the monastery and drops her off.  They leave her to tend to other things and promise to pick her up after the Evening vespers which is about a half an hour.  The woman goes to the entrance to the monastery.  The woman greets the religious person who answers the door at the entrance.  They introduce each other and the woman says her name is Meryl.  The religious sister walks her into the chapel monastery where the guests are seated to join them for prayers.  The woman follows the sister.  The woman is seated and begins preparing for the the evening vespers.  The woman has her divine office book and the religious begin evening vespers.  The woman sees there are also other guests and she is at a place where this is a very serious event and the invitation was authenticated as an invitation to outsiders.  The woman is joining the religious sisters in prayers.  She is literally looking at her divine office book and reading along with the religious sisters.  Suddenly, the same religious sister comes to her in the middle of prayers and quietly interrupts.  She asks her to please come with her.  The woman leaves her books in the pew and quietly follows the religious sister.  The religious sister takes her outside of the monastery near the entrance.  The woman sees police officers.  The woman is answering questions.  The police officers do not explain why they are taking her into the police car.  They go into the chapel to get her belongings which entails a purse and her prayer books.  The woman is asked to go into the police car.  The woman cooperates.  The woman is handcuffed while in the car.

From this point, Meryl Viola Bravo was deeply distressed.
