Qualifications and the Color of your Skin

What is the agenda in the hiring process?
Is it the work or is it the political arena?

Here is a woman with a Master of Arts in Education and is significantly generous with her time and the efforts of working for the field of instruction, and you refuse to hire her.

Now, she has a criminal record.

Why will you hire her now?
Are you ready to assassinate her like you did to the advocate for the Civil Rights Movement?

And she has made it very clear she will not have sex with you.

You have no proper authority to have a difficult task in making a decision if this person is interested in the position.

Forget it, she has a criminal record now.  And the vulnerability has not made the cause a better position for you not to see this with the right content.

Listen to the world of business and criminal record for employment.

Here is someone that complied with the system.  A system that told her that an order was made and she wasn't even present at the court.  And then she goes to the Attorney General and writes exactly what happened and they simply tell her to get an attorney.  And the Bishop of Lansing talks to her and says I can't help you, get an attorney.  This is your way of manipulating the condition of clergy and separation of political and church and state.  And yet, you used the system to comply to a way out of your own accusations.
