EWTN - Termination and Extension Policy

It is evident that the Eternal Word Television Network has taken a global effort of recognition by the sincere efforts of faithful and voluntary interaction for social and international exchange.  Thus, the serious nature of representation will be evaluated by a higher decree of charity for discerned conditions to be met for the care of the viewers and stewards who are well to entrust themselves to the direction this network provides for the invited and the welcomed guests who are known through a channel of communication.

There is a distinct decision and the Chief Executive Officer will determine the decision.

I have offered the evaluation.

The extension has provided your disagreement to be deliberately discussed among the stewards and the faithful who have known and have always seen the direction of this network.

There are strong stewards who are sparked with intense delivery.

The delivery is the present condition of meeting a form of being seen a filter from the deceit of being identified as an honest steward of the network.  Catherine Hadro has been deliberate in her conditions.  Her deliberate trustworthy appearance has been witnessed to be a denial of the intention; of which, the Prolife Weekly network was created to be a communication for the assistance and support of women and men and children who looked to our network as the present decision.  Catherine Hadro is not a representative of the network after this termination.

Examination after Terminated
  1. Can the individual who was terminated from the position; clearly see and hear the direction of which the reasons and the intention was made with a fortified assurance never to hire in this arena?
  2. Can the position be replaced with the right intention for which both parties can learn from?
  3. Can the individual reiterate the reasons for termination for a form of communication and growth and maturity in the arena and field of work?
  4. Can you see this as a door that was closed for the betterment of both parties?
  5. Was the termination necessary?
  6. Can you trace back to the point of relationship in the profession that this was leading to a disagreement?
  7. Was a third party consulted?  And were there witnesses who presented to the third party a required look into the termination?  And was there a lack of consideration of the evidence provided?
  8. Did this individual leave without the proper recognition and assignment?  Is it evident which of the two parties overstepped their position?  At the point of disagreement, a third party will be examining the case of termination.
  9. Were there procedures of a preparatory existence of disagreement offered with a mature discussion?
  10. Does your institute offer a significant point of evaluation for any position provided in your business?  Were the evaluations witnessed with proper and ordered discussion?  You will be evaluated at every point from witnesses and are these witnesses at the authority to be at a respectable discussion?  And will this discussion present itself to a third party?
