A Textbook Form - Anatomy and Physiology

I awoke this morning with a free reign on my breathing and the breathing came from my body and this included my lungs.
Before I went to bed last night, I warmed some Almondmilk with a mixture of peanut butter and oatmeal and I was fully filled with this in my nutritional endeavor to support my heartrate.  I discovered this to be a better decision than the microwave NASA cup o' noodles soup sitting in the cupboard.

All of these selections are packaged foods.  But there is a difference in the content of these food items.  Ask yourself what the difference in packaging results are to your observation when allowing your human body to rest from packed goods that sit in the cupboard without an expiration point.

Look at the shapes of these food items.  Oatmeal, Almonds and a Peanut compared to a cup o' noodle w/ dehydrated pieces of corn, carrots and floured noodles.

Study and Research Analyze the Four Types of Tissues.  Do you hear your body affected in the dehydration of tissues if you decide to eat the cup o'noodle w/ dehydrated pieces of corn, carrots and floured noodles?  What about the Oatmeal, Almonds and Peanuts?  Were they dehydrated foods before you began to eat it?  Study the shape of an oatmeal.  What does its shape look like compared to the types of Tissues in the Human Body?  The shape of an Almond, does it compare to the tremendous outlook of the muscle and heart tissue?  And the shape of the Peanuts, how it is a form of a legume but shelled.  Ask how these foods hydrated and not dehydrated offer a health to the four types of tissues.

Oatmeal Flakes - shape of a cell, blood cells are able to breathe brutally through the arteries when it eats off of the wall for less blockage.  Watch how oatmeal responds to liquid.  Does the oatmeal expand in liquid like a form of bread when soaked in water?  Would your cell tissues offer an insight to what occurs when fed with this food?  And are oatmeal flakes originally a hydrated fuel or is it dried for preservation?

Almonds - the outer shell and compare it to a muscle tissue or any of the four types of tissues.  The shape of the almond will give you an insight to why it is heart healthy when preserved through the work of this food in your diet.  How do these plant life forms offer an insight to creation and the work of its life giving condition that brings life to the human body?  How do the blossoms of the Almonds offer a moment of rest?  In the breathing of rest, does this offer a refreshing consideration when compared to a carrot or a corn tooth dehydrated for preservation?
