"Well, we know the person to be educated in mind and heart to lead a group of individuals and follow the standards and decisions that perform the task of a Federation of Scholastic Students in the State of California."
"I see. Who are persons you have known to follow this decision?"
"Meryl has been in the CSF since she was a Sophomore and now she's a Senior and she's always been an officer in some way."
