Protection for Female Gender, Maintenance of Restroom Facilities

Code and Policy of Human Labor, Both Female and Male Protection

Restroom facilities are determined a resource of maintainance of the personal hygiene of both female and male gender.  This is to be contained as a private matter.  Immediate action is to be delivered a charge of sexual harassment to persons who enter these premises to violate the privacy of other or same genders.  

1.  Maintainance of general needs of hygiene, health and safety is to be distributed at the available resource of care for the human body.  Refer to Medical Review for code of conduct in the public restroom facilities.  Outside of these premises there will be a charge of indecent exposure and a violation of the protection of gender identity.

2.  Human Labor protection laws are to be performed at the consideration of privacy and gender identity and must be delivered at the disposition of meeting health and safety hazard conditions to maintain the composite treatment of sanitation of facility use in the public.  Male and female facilities must be at a consistent sanitation to contain odor, physical composites of bodily articles within the boundaries of use for the protection of persons entering the facilities for the maintainance of hygiene.

3.  Violations will be determined a form of sexual harassment at a case by case and person to person evaluation.  Both guests, employees and determined intruders will be at the position to be examined at a court of law.

4.  Companies, Businesses, Public Services are obligated to provide facilities that intend to maintain the health and safety of persons entering their premise for services and provision must be offered to the invited partners.  A charge of violation will be determined at the intrusion of persons entering the premise of boundaries of property and location of service.

5.  Employers will determine a violation of an intruder in their public services that include health facilities of restrooms.
