How to Discern a Decision towards Genital Sexual Intercourse

1. At what context did meeting the other gender present a decision of interaction and level of interaction?  (Example:  family occassion of wedding, workplace, coeducation class system, coed dormitory, homeless shelter, etc.)
2. What was the degree and delivered interaction under these environmental dependencies of meeting the other gender? (Example: language and manner of communication and contact, work hours, outside of work hours, public or in a private form of meeting with no witnesses, etc.)
