Dr. Enrique Murillo, Ph.D. introduced to me the research of education and it was a serious form of recognizing how Curriculum and Instruction is depended on for further progress in education. The course was the initial state of introduction on the knowledge of research. I enjoyed the course and recommend Dr. Enrique Murillo.

In 2008, I began looking into school districts for consideration to provide my service as a teacher. I had graduated from California State University of San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts, Liberal Arts and a Preliminary California Commissioned Teacher Credential to begin teaching for the school district of my selection. I began this consideration through the application portal as guest teacher to begin my relationship with possible and various school districts. Ontario/Montclair was an interest for me because it is near a Catholic Church of my decision on that location and so I applied for this district. San Secondo de Guasti Catholic Church is a part of this district and location.
Dr. Marco A. Villegas is a Principal who hired me as a Kindergarten Teacher for this School District located in Ontario, California. It was ideal that this Catholic Parish and location were not so far in distance and so I answered his request for an interview. I loved teaching Kindergarten. It was my choice of grade level. The interview was very impressive and I automatically felt very inclined to work under his administration. I automatically felt a sincere and mutual knowledge of work and colleague at this interview that is very difficult for me to explain in working under his Authority as Principal. I knew I would enjoy teaching at Corona Elementary School, Ontario, California. And I did, thoroughly. I loved working with the team of Kindergarten Teachers. I loved the whole atmosphere he performed as Principal and Teacher relationship. The families were loved. The children were loved. And it reminded me a lot like when I was a student in a Public School District. And now, I was the Teacher.
His recommendation was encouraging and I pursued a Master of Arts in Education at California State University of San Bernardino. His decision to write this letter was a recommendation I highly regarded as a serious portion for me to pursue a degree and Doctoral consideration at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Marriage and Virginity, The Works of Saint Augustine, A Translation for the 21st Century
After a few days away from Academic and Study, I took a leisure day at California State University of San Bernardino, John M. Pfau Library, to discover the fourth floor Philosophy and Religion section. There I discovered the Works of St. Augustine and found writings on, Marriage and Virginity. It was a discovery and a continued reflection on my desires to remain a Virgin for the Kingdom. St. Augustine, Church Father and Bishop, discusses the prolonged dialogue of the degree of Virtue most prevalent in the life of Virginity decided for an intention and Married. He proposes that the Act of Virgin is not to find a spouse, rather has already found ONE in CHRIST!
Reflecting after the examination of Graduate Records for application to Harvard Graduate School of Education, there was a dimension in me to delay and define a decision under these elite discoveries of what makes a University at a degree of affiliation and care with the entrepreneurship of School and System. I delivered a strong message of depending intelligent decisions to realizing a serious consideration to a University through the proper discourse of application and affiliation. The regard and respectful delivery of bringing in all of the aspects of school and education came in from my discourse to deliver the right consideration. Relationship.
Everything about your educational background was a decision from relationship and affiliation. Who were the persons that delivered a strong insight to your culpability in study? Who were the witnesses to your discovery?

2. How is a score for Writing determined by a machine as opposed to a person who grades the essay and distinguishes the score?
3. Who will trust this examination as resembling the quality of its justice if only the machine determines the judgment?
At the closing of a decision in presenting this record to Harvard Graduate School of Education, my present reality sees a difficulty in the recommendation at this point from their standard of school and delivery on curriculum and research for better quality of program and instruction for the future of young Americans. I have denied them any right to see their capacity at the same level of standard I have instilled in the students who were placed under my care during my years of teacher at both the public and private school entities of education. I am a student of American education. I am very serious about this standard.
Recently, I have encountered a systematic form and matter of discussion that developed into a serious form of disagreement with a parent of a daughter who was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder for mental incapacity of moods and reflections of behavior uncontrollable. Her reasons for relying on this diagnosis and the accurate decision in pronouncing this as a Physician Reliable Prescription of medication and drugs delivered a difficulty for me to ascertain as a sincere effort of care for any person, let alone a student or young adult struggling with a form of depression in their present circumstance and condition. Why the difficulty? In personal circumstances, I found the reliability of this Physician Diagnosis to be questioned.
Questions for Reflection: Evaluation on Physician Diagnosis
When presenting a form of session and Therapy Action Plan, does the plan recover from recalling a memory or deliberate performance of Therapist depending on this past experience to know the dependency of a Licensed Therapist to provide the service? For instance, as a Licensed Therapist and presenting a developed plan of service in presenting a case and study on the behavior and character capacity of a human person, do you deliver the diagnosis as presenting this demand on your licensed expertise as reaction or response to the health of the human person? Is the whole person being presented a reliable sustaining Action Plan under your direction? Is prescription of medication your only direction of an Action Plan? Do you result to a prescribed drug as the immediate response to uncontrolled behavior?
How do you diagnose a form of uncontrolled behavior towards management of Mental Health?
How do you evaluate your own conduct and present reality and care for the person presented to you in your professional foreground and delivery as a person also communicating this effectively through a decision of Therapy Action Plan? Your Cohort Team and Study for further growth and development in your Licensed Expertise of Profession and delivery?
How do you perform the Therapy Action Plan in including the legal guardians and home domestic affair of the student and persons under your care as a Licensed Professional in Psychology and Psychiatry? How involved do you as the Physician offer a hands on performance, accordingly, in presenting these individuals into the Therapy Action Plan?
In your research and study on your Profession and Licensed recognition, how do you perform the task of providing this to a District and Board level for a common determined decision to address worthy standard and exceptional diagnostic reflections for a better application in addressing an overall decision as a society in reaching these dimensions of student behavioral dependencies in Therapy and Mental Health establishments of care and person?
Example Therapy Action Plan: No Prescribed Drug
Case #1 - Behavior presents no motivation to attend classes, absences have been predominantly caused by deliberate decisions in leaving school premises without parental or legal guardian permission and communication to school administration, noncompliant in school setting, difficulty communicating to administration with tone and level of conversation, abrupt in manner and speech, clothing and hygiene not maintained.
Therapy Action Plan - Deliver a strong surveillance on student, report it accordingly and note daily behaviors, contact legal guardians, mandate report anonymous delivery on housing and domestic investigation
